Courier and Delivery time
Otto Case Store currently only accepts orders from customers located in Australia. 
For all international orders, please visit our main website https://www.casestore.com.au.
Please note that all shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

PO BOX or Parcel Locker
We currently do accept addresses for PO boxes or parcel Lockers.

NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD Locations
Regular Shipping is 2-4 business days to METRO AREAS from the Available Date otherwise 6-8 business days to REGIONAL AREAS.
Express Shipping is 1-2 business days to METRO AREAS from the Available Date otherwise 4-5 business days to REGIONAL AREAS.

WA, NT, SA and TAS
Regular Shipping is 2-5 business days to METRO AREAS from the Available Date otherwise 7-14 business days to REGIONAL AREAS
Express Shipping is 1-3 business days to METRO AREAS from the Available Date otherwise 4-8 business days to REGIONAL AREAS.

International
We do not accept International Orders. Please visit our main website https://www.casestore.com.au.

Delivery Date should be used only as a guidance. Unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic, bushfire, major earthquake and flood may affect the accuracy.

Available Date is indicated on the availability section of each product. For instance "Available in 7 - 14 days" means that the product will leave our warehouse after 7th business day but before the 14th business day. With regular shipping to NSW METRO AREAS, you would expect to receive the product the quickest after the 9th business day otherwise the latest by the 18th business day. In Stock product will leave our warehouse on the same day if ordered prior to our Delivery Cut-Off Time otherwise next business day.

If you need delivery by a particular time or method, then we will attempt to meet that requirement. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier; for delays because the address provided by you is incorrect; because nobody is available to sign for a delivery; because your order is too late in the day to be shipped that day; or any other reason outside our control. We will do our best to fulfil a particular delivery request, but timing is not crucial. In the event of any delay caused by our mistake, our liability is limited to the charge we have made for the courier.

You must inspect goods and notify us of any discrepancy or damage within 24 hours of receipt.

Monday - Friday 2PM except Public Holidays.

Within Australia Rates
Regular Shipping: FREE for all orders over AU$50 inc GST otherwise AU$9.95.
Express Shipping: AU$14.95 Flat Rate.

Restriction
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped internationally from Australia in particular those with built-in lithium battery.

All goods are subject to availability.

Availability information is updated every 24 hours during business days. If In Stock, there is no guarantee that we have availability more than 1 product and in any occasion the product may have been purchased on the same day by another customers while the availability information is yet to be updated. Other availability which shows Available Date such as “Available in 7 - 14 days” indicates that the product is on back order from distributor. The information given is an estimated arrival time (ETA) from the distributor and can be used only for estimation. Please note that ETA may change from time to time and Case Store Australia does not have control to any delays however we are trying our best to give you the most up to date information.
