Unfortunately Otterbox does not make one for Samsung S4 mini released by Telstra and Vodafone.

The case is made for USA customers which is fully compatible with the S4 handset released by Optus Australia. We received a large number of enquiries and complaints why the case does not fit on the handset released by Telstra or Vodafone.

Well, there are 2 parts on the handset that differ Telstra/Vodafone to the Optus version. It’s the 4G antenna and the battery pack.

The handset dimension released by Telstra and Vodafone version is 124.6mm x 61.3 mm x 10.1 mm with weight :115g

The handset SKU (model serial number) is i9195T where the T indicates that it is for Telstra

The handset dimension released by Optus is 124.6mm x 61.3 mm x 8.94 mm with weight: 107g.

The handset SKU is i9195 with no T at the end.

We don’t think Otterbox will manufacture any case with small market. The demand for this will be very limited as this is only for Australian Telstra and Vodafone.
